The processing of personal data via input masks and forms serves us solely to process the contact. In the event of contact by e-mail or telephone, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
2.1 Data of the user
Every time a user accesses a page from the offer of THE-MARKETING-MANAGER © and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored and processed. These are:

Recipients of your data

Storage of your data
We keep your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. The data is regularly deleted when it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, unless further processing is required for one of the following purposes: Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to retain this data for at least 10 years after completion of treatment. According to other regulations, longer retention periods may apply, for example 30 years for X-ray records according to Section 28 (3) of the X-ray Ordinance. Furthermore, in order to preserve evidence, the statute of limitations can be up to 30 years, whereby the regular statute of limitations is 3 years according to §197 of the German Civil Code (BGB). 1. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. 2. you withdraw your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Article 6(1) sentence 1a) DSGVO or Article 9(2) a) DSGVO and there is no other legal basis for the processing. 3. you object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) DSGVO and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or you object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) DSGVO. 4. the personal data have been processed unlawfully. 5. the erasure of the personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject. 6. the personal data has been collected in relation to information society services offered Article 8(1) DSGVO. If we have made the personal data public and we are obliged to erase it pursuant to Article 17(1) DSGVO, we shall take reasonable measures, including technical measures, having regard to the available technology and the cost of implementation, to inform data controllers that process the personal data that you have requested that they erase all links to or copies or replications of that personal data.

5.5 Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive, transmit or have us transmit personal data relating to you in machine-readable form. Specifically: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that
1. the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1a) DSGVO or Article 9(2a) DSGVO or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1b) DSGVO and 2. the processing is carried out with the aid of automated procedures.
When exercising your right to data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, you have the right to obtain that the personal data be transferred directly from us to another controller, to the extent that this is technically feasible.
5.6 Right to object: You have the right to object from a lawful processing of your personal data by us, if this is based on your particular situation and our interests in the processing do not outweigh. Specifically: You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) DSGVO; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims. If personal data are processed by us for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89(1) DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
5.7 Automated decisions including profiling: Profiling is the processing of personal data in any form by automated means involving the evaluation of personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular for the analysis or prediction of aspects concerning the data subject's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences or interests, reliability or behavior, location or change of location, where such processing produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects him or her. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing - including profiling - which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. Automated decision-making based on the personal data collected will not take place. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful.
5.8 Right to revoke consent granted under data protection law: You may at any time revoke any consent given for the processing of personal data, including consent given prior to the application of the General Data Protection Regulation before May 25, 2018. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected by this.
5.9 Right to complain to a supervisory authority: You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you. You may also request the correction of incorrect data. In addition, under certain conditions you have the right to have data deleted, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability. With regard to the right to information and the right to deletion, the restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) apply. The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases do we require your consent. In these cases, you have the right to revoke your consent for future processing.
